Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

Whether you are ready to dive into therapy or just testing the waters, you do not have to show up with everything figured out. I work with people who often say, “I am not really ready for therapy.” If that sounds like you, you are in the right place.

How I Work

I am trained in CBT, client-centered, and solution-focused approaches, but I will not force you into one method. We will work together to find what works best for you, focusing on building skills, improving communication, setting boundaries, and navigating life’s ups and downs. Mindfulness and whole-person wellness are often part of the process.

Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational, and I use humor when it fits. I respect where you are starting from, but I am also direct when it is time to move forward. My goal is to give you tools and insights you can use in your real life, not just sit and nod while you talk.

I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and addiction. Whether you are looking for practical skills to manage symptoms, strategies for building long-term resilience, or support in recovery, we can create a plan that fits your life and goals.

Who I Work With

I focus on adults who want to strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and feel more in control of their own lives. Many of my clients come in feeling uncertain about therapy or unsure what to expect. They leave with practical strategies, greater self-trust, and the confidence to handle what life brings.

What to Expect

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what is working and what is not. Together we will focus on your whole self, emotionally, mentally, and physically, to help you tune into your needs and strengths. We will work toward solutions that fit your life, with room for humor, reflection, and real talk along the way.

When you feel supported and understood, you start trusting yourself to handle whatever life brings. That’s the work we will do together.
